Greens & Vegetables Healthy Noodles


  • This special noodles has an Indo Chinese Steyle, but very healthy
  • It gives the required proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals essentials for us and is a balanced breakfast with very little fat (if any!)
  • You can eat this hot, or can take it for your lunch box too, it tastes equally good even when warm / cold


  • Palak (cut into fine pieces) 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 Cup
  • Carrot (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 cup
  • Tomato (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 cup
  • Potato (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 cup
  • Beans (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 cup
  • Turnip (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 cup
  • Toor Dal (Cooked) 1 Table Spoon
  • Onion (cut into fine pieces) 1/4 cup
  • Del Monte Tomato Sauce 1/4 cup
  • Chilly Powder 1/4 Table Spoon
  • Sambar Powder 1/4 Table Spoon
  • Garam Masala 1/4 Table Spoon
  • Jeera 1 Table Spoon
  • Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Table Spoon
  • Multi Grain Noodles 1 Pocket
  • Taste Maker 1 Pocket
  • Salt as necessary


  • Clean all the given vegetables, greens and cut them into fine pieces
  • Keep Onion, Coriander leaves and Tomato separately, All other vegetables need to be mixed in a small cooker, with little bit of water and semi-cooked. Immediately, release the weight / air
  • In a kadai, add Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and add jeera. This needs to be cooked well. After that you can add onion pieces, tomato pieces in the same kadai
  • Now add all the powders mentioned above (including tastemaker) and all the semi cooked vegetables, mix well
  • Add 225 ml water and let it boil, add salt as necessary
  • Next, you need to add the multi grain noodles, roughly 80 grams, along with that cooked toor dal too
  • When the noodles is well cooked, add Del Monte Tomat Sauce and mix
  • Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and serve
